Once your order has left the warehouse you will receive tracking via email and/or text.

If you are shipping to a US territory such as Puerto Rico, Guam or others, a PO Box or AFB please select USPS to prevent any delays.

If for any reason you don’t love it we also offer free returns for all USA orders. We have a fast and easy return process which you can find here

*Orders received before 12pm PST usually leave our warehouse the same day. Arrival times may vary depending on your location and delivery service.

Delays in Transit

It is rare that a package be delayed in transit and we are very sorry if this has happened to your order. If you do see a delay of 3 or more days with no movement, please reach out to customercare@Nordpointe.com. The team can then reach out to FedEx to check status and if needed, file a tracking claim.  Please know due to back up in some FedEx hubs, delays of 3-5 days can happen but we will do our best to get the problem resolved quickly!

Delays in Holiday Shipping 

Delays are expected during high volume shipping times. Although we cannot guarantee a delay free process within the shipping service, Nordpointe does suggest placing orders at least 10 days in advance of expected delivery. This will give your package a better chance of arriving in time for your holiday or event. To track the location of your package, click on the “Track Package” button of email you received with the subject line “Your order is heading your way.”

COVID-19 Warehouse Safety

Due to COVID-19 there may be delays in shipping. We have recently moved warehouses which benefited our team because we have moved to a larger space where people can be more spread out. However, people still need to be careful which means a limited workforce at times and the potential for delays from what we could normally process. During the holidays this will be especially noticeable. We take the safety of our team very seriously and while we will do our best, even our leggings are never worth putting someone at unnecessary risk.

This means your tracking may be delayed but rest assured once your order is with the carrier you will receive tracking via email and/or text. We appreciate your patience as we work to get your orders to you as soon as possible and in as safe a manner as possible for our team.

We are doing our best to ensure that purchases made by 12pm PST, Monday through Friday are processed the same day with the possible exception of peak holiday sales days. For any questions regarding your order or tracking information, please check out our FAQs.

APO/FPO Addresses and P.O Boxes

Please select USPS to ship to APO/FPO addresses and P.O. Boxes. Selecting any other shipping method will delay your package or result in a cancelled order.

International Orders
Nordpointe is capable of shipping international, but we do not ship to the EU at this time. We use a third-party application to calculate both shipping and taxes and duties so we can collect and share with you the landed cost at checkout. Our goal is to streamline this as much as possible to get you the best experience possible.

Refused shipments
If you refuse a shipment from Nordpointe, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of returning the package to Nordpointe. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.

Privacy
Your privacy is important to us and we care about how your information is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers shipping products internationally to be aware that cross-border shipments are subject to inspection and may be opened by customs authorities.

We provide certain order, shipment and product information, such as description, to our international carriers. Order information provided by Nordpointe may be communicated by the shipping carrier and to customs authorities in order to facilitate clearance and comply with local laws.
