Claims for Misprinted/Damaged/Defective Items

Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 30 days after receiving the product. If you notice any issues, please submit a problem report and provide relevant details about the problem.

Lost Packages

In the case of packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. If a claim is deemed an error on our part, we will cover the costs.

Return Address and Unclaimed Returns

The return address for our products is set by default to our production facility. When we receive a returned shipment, we will send an automated email notification to you. Please note that unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If you choose to use a different return address, you will be responsible for any returned shipments received.

Wrong Address and Unclaimed Shipments

If you or your end customer provide an insufficient address, resulting in the shipment being returned to our facility, you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you. Similarly, unclaimed shipments returned to our facility will require reshipment costs to be covered by you.

Returns of Sealed Goods

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as face masks, for health or hygiene reasons. If an order includes face masks and is returned, it will not be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

Returned by Customer and Buyer’s Remorse

We recommend advising you to contact us before initiating any returns. We do not refund orders due to buyer’s remorse. Returns or size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. 

Customized Products

Customized products are not eligible for return unless there is a production fault. If a customized product has a production fault, please contact our customer support team to initiate the return process.

Governing Language

This policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
